　　福田區提出打造一流國際化中心城區的目標，并成為首善之區、幸福的樣板。設計從幸福生活的詮釋出發，提出“幸福田”的主題營造花園。一彎樂福水，唱響福曲水潤福田、滋潤幸福之歌；一處歡福地，悠然品味家庭美滿、歡歌笑語之音；一簇幸運草，真正擁有其樂融融、四葉草之意；一園幸?；?，心中彌漫甜蜜果蔬、香草芬芳之味。

　　Everyone has a piece of field in their heart. Everyone has a dream in their mind. They use it to grow flowers, to grow vegetables and even to grow happiness... …Life can be like an idyllic pastoral scene.

　　Futian District aims to be the international center of Shenzhen and becomes a model of happiness. The designer puts forward themes of a Happy Land, which symbolizes tranquility and contentment, as well as the thriving urban life in Futian District.
